We all have unique patients and are looking for the most effective ways to perform their mammogram. This is especially true for our patients who have implants and who have undergone breast procedures, such as biopsies, reduction, lumpectomy, etc. While there is no “magic bullet,” this lecture will explain these procedures as well as show mammographic changes that are often seen. You will also learn new techniques for imaging this special patient population and set realistic goals regarding what can, or cannot, be accomplished in terms of image quality.
