Breast ultrasound pathology can feel like a lot to learn, but it becomes much more approachable when you know what to look for. The key is learning to recognize the sonographic clues that help you move from simply seeing a finding to better understanding what it may represent.
In this three-part course, Brooke breaks breast pathology into manageable pieces, guiding you through the imaging characteristics of benign findings, lesions with upgrade potential, and malignant conditions. Along the way, she connects pathology with the sonographic features you see on the screen and reinforces the use of BI-RADS terminology to describe those findings.
Rather than simply memorizing a long list of conditions, you’ll focus on recognizing patterns, identifying important characteristics, and understanding the differences that can help narrow the possibilities. By working through the material in three focused sections, you’ll build your pathology knowledge one step at a time and strengthen your confidence in evaluating the findings you encounter in breast ultrasound.
